VFX Artist (Unity & Unreal)

Buscamos un(a) Artista VFX con habilidades comprobadas en Unity y Unreal Engine para unirse a nuestro equipo en CGBOT.

CGBOT es una empresa de arte 3D con amplia experiencia profesional y producción interna para videojuegos. Con base en Austin, TX, y un estudio de producción en Monterrey, México.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y crear efectos visuales impactantes y estilizados (magia, explosiones, impactos, etc.) dentro de Unity.
  • Integrar los VFX en el juego de manera óptima, manteniendo el estilo visual y el rendimiento.
  • Colaborar con animadores, diseñadores y programadores para asegurar coherencia estética y técnica.
  • Iterar sobre los efectos existentes para mejorar la experiencia de juego.
  • Usar herramientas como Maya o Blender, Substance Designer y Photoshop para crear assets de soporte cuando sea necesario.
  • Adaptarse a un pipeline ya establecido, con técnicas que pueden no ser las más recientes, pero sí eficientes y probadas.

Requisitos

  • Dominio de Unity, especialmente en su sistema de partículas y materiales.
  • Buen ojo artístico para estilos estilizados/cartoony, no realistas.
  • Experiencia con herramientas como Maya o Blender, Substance Designer y Photoshop.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma.
  • Conocimiento de optimización para videojuegos competitivos online.
  • Capacidad para adaptarse a un pipeline de producción consolidado.
  • Familiaridad con sistemas legacy o pipelines no convencionales.
  • Capacidad para optimización de recursos.
  • Experiencia con kitbashing.
  • Principios de animación.

Plus (no obligatorio)

  • Conocimiento en Unreal Engine, Niagara y materiales.
  • HLSL.
  • Interés por mejorar procesos técnicos sin perder de vista el estilo visual del proyecto.

Power Platform Developer

Dev Full time

As part of our agile and collaborative team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role requires strong technical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and integrations with enterprise systems and data sources.

You will work closely with business and technical teams to build scalable, maintainable, and user-focused solutions that improve operational efficiency and business processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and troubleshoot solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Build and maintain medium- to high-complexity automated workflows and integrations.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, SQL databases, REST APIs, Microsoft 365 services, and external enterprise systems.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly Canvas Apps customized to business needs.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend automation and optimization improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test cases, deployment documentation, and support materials.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required qualifications & skills

  • 5+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Proven ability to design, build, and customize Canvas Apps.
  • Hands-on experience developing medium- to high-complexity workflows and automations.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and external services.
  • Experience working with SharePoint Online, SQL databases, and cloud-based data sources.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 services and integrations.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken), 80% or higher.
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred / nice to have

  • Experience with Model-Driven Apps and Dynamics 365 integrations.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, and environment management.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and Azure integrations.
  • Experience using AI Builder or Microsoft Copilot capabilities within Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Online customization and administration.
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or other version control and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.

SharePoint Developer / Engineer

Dev Full time

As part of our agile and collaborative team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting solutions across SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online environments. This role requires strong technical expertise in SharePoint administration, site architecture, PowerShell automation, and migration projects across multiple SharePoint versions.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and troubleshoot SharePoint solutions using CSOM, Server Object Model, PowerShell, SPFx, and Power Platform tools.
  • Support and execute SharePoint migration projects, including On-Premises to SharePoint Online and version-to-version migrations.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative, operational, and deployment tasks.
  • Configure and manage SharePoint site collections, permissions, content types, metadata, lists, libraries, pages, and web parts.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Analyze existing SharePoint environments and recommend improvements aligned with Microsoft best practices and governance standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and support documentation.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required qualifications & skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online.
  • Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration, automation, and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, governance, and site structure: sites and subsites, site collections, features and solutions, permissions and security models.
  • Proven experience working with content types, managed metadata, lists and libraries, pages and web parts.
  • Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint workflows using SharePoint Designer and/or Power Automate.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint migration tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
